The goal of the East Piney Island Community Association is to promote the welfare of the Community, to protect its residential character in accordance with the zoning ordinance of the Town of Chincoteague, to enhance the quality of the residential environment, and to take all such other action as may be agreed upon by the membership to help ensure the general welfare and protection of property within the Community and the related interests of the property owners.
