The East Piney Island Community Association is financed and run by its members. To meet our goal as a community organization, the support and guidance of our members (the property owners of East Piney Island) is critical. EPICA members provide financial support by paying yearly dues, most of which goes toward maintaining our roads. 

 

Members also provide operational support by volunteering to serve on the EPICA Board, special committees, and other projects as they arise. Most importantly, it is the questions, concerns, and ideas of our members that determines the focus of the organization.
